Exchange Policy

At Christian Michael Hair Extensions, we want every stylist and client to love their purchase.  While we do not offer refunds, we proudly offer exchanges on eligible items.  We want you to receive the perfect color, length, and product for your needs.
 

Eligibility for Exchange

 To qualify for an exchange, all items must be:
 • Unopened
 • Unworn
 • Unused
 • Unaltered
 • In original packaging (ties, seals, hygiene bands fully intact)
 • Returned within 14 days of delivery

For sanitation and quality control reasons, any product that has been opened, installed, brushed, toned, washed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for exchange.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges on:
 • Opened or used extensions
 • Extensions that have been installed, toned, colored, cut, brushed, or altered in any way
 • Final-sale items
 • Custom orders
 • Education and kits
 • Products returned without prior approval

 How to Start an Exchange

To begin an exchange, please email our support team @ info@christianmichaelhair.com

Please include:
 • Your order number
 • Your full name
 • A clear photo of the product in its original packaging
 • The item you would like to exchange for

  • Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.
    • Shipping charges will be applied to all exchanges.

Quality Concerns

While we do not offer a guarantee on hair extensions due to the nature of the product, we review all quality concerns on a case-by-case basis.  We care about you and will always do our best to make things right.
