Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Christian Michael Hair Extensions®. While we're unable to offer refunds, we're always happy to help you exchange eligible items for the color, length, or product that's right for you.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To get started, email us at exchange@ChristianMichaelHair.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
What Is the Security Seal?
Each set of Christian Michael Hair Extensions® arrives with a security seal—the tie secured around the hair that keeps the extensions bundled together.
For an exchange to be considered unopened, this tie must remain completely intact and must not have been cut, broken, or removed.
If Your Security Seal Is Intact
If the security seal is completely intact, please be prepared to send us a clear photo of the extensions showing the unbroken tie.
Once your exchange is approved:
- A $10 return shipping fee and $10 replacement shipping fee will apply.
- Our team will provide your return instructions.
- Once your return receives an official carrier acceptance scan, we can begin processing your replacement. You do not need to wait for the hair to arrive back to us.
If Your Security Seal Has Been Cut or Removed
If the security seal—the tie around the hair—has been cut, broken, or removed, you may still request an exchange.
The extensions will need to be returned to Christian Michael Hair Extensions® for inspection before we can determine exchange eligibility.
To be eligible, the hair must not have been:
- Installed or worn
- Washed
- Colored or toned
- Cut or altered
- Heat styled
- Chemically treated
- Had products applied
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the extensions within 24 hours and contact you with the status of your exchange.
If the hair meets our exchange requirements, we’ll be happy to move forward with your exchange. Hair showing signs of wear, use, or alteration cannot be accepted for exchange.
