Eligibility for Exchanges:

  1. Condition: Hair extensions must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or otherwise modified.

  2. Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  3. Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within [7] days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at within [7] days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Christian Michael Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria. This process may take up to [30] business days.
